How to Collect Content from an Instagram Profile.

In this article, we show you how to add an Instagram Profile in a simple and easy way through our Basic access. All you need to set up this connection and start collecting content, is your Instagram Login.

How to add an Instagram Profile (Quick and Easy)

1. To get started, click on the Instagram icon located in the Connections panel on the right-hand side of the contentfry Dashboard.

2. Once the popup window opens, click on 'Basic'.

3. In the new popup window, click on the 'Connect Instagram' button.

4. You will be prompted to log in to your Instagram account and grant us access to your information. Please make sure you are logged in with the Profile you wish to connect to contentfry and then click "Allow".

5. The connected Profile will now show in the popup window. Select your desired Moderation settings, then click on the 'create' button to set up your Instagram Profile Connection.

  • Moderation OFF: Your content will not publicly appear on your Social Wall until you approve it.

  • Moderation ON: Your content will directly appear on your Social Wall.

5. Congratulations, you've successfully set up your Instagram Owned Profile Connection!

The Instagram Profile Basic Connection enables you to collect content posted on the connected profile, including photos, videos, and reels.

Stories and Tagged Photos are separate feeds, each requiring their own specific Connection setup via Advanced Instagram Connections
