Managing the Partner Dashboard

This article demonstrates the usage of the Partner Dashboard. Partner Dashboards are available for partners who have entered into a partnership agreement with us. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a partner.

How to access your Partner Dashboard

You can find your Partner Dashboard in your settings. Click on your profile picture to open the dropdown menu, and then select the Partner Dashboard.

Getting to know the menu of your Partner Dashboard


You are now in the Partner Dashboard with the menu options "Home," "Partner," and "Teams." Now, let's take a closer look at them.

Home

  • In the "New Teams" section, you can create new teams for your customers. Here's how it works.

  • In the "Your Teams" section, you will see all the teams you are a member of, along with various information about their licenses.

Partner

  • In the "Partner" section, you can view the type of partnership and the duration of the partnership.

  • In the "Members" section, you can see who belongs to the partner team and is authorized to access the Partner Dashboard and create new teams for customers.

    • The "Owner" is the individual designated by the partner as the main point of contact and "Product Owner" within the company.

    • All members of a Partner Team are required to have 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) enabled

Teams

  • In the "Teams" section, you can view all the teams you have created as a partner for your customers, along with their current license and the number of Receipts.

    • By clicking on the license, you can access an overview of the Receipts.
