If you're looking to incorporate the content feed from an Instagram profile from a person or brand that isn't affiliated with your organization, and you prefer not to add them to your contentfry "Team", you can achieve this through the Creator Connection feature. This is particularly useful for adding influencers or collaborators you're working with.

How to add an Instagram Creator to your Content Feed
The Instagram Creator Connection will collect content posted on the profile of the connected account (Photos, Videos, Reels). There are two ways to initiate an Instagram Creator Connection:
1. Via the Connections Panel
1. To get started, click on the Instagram icon located in the Connections panel on the right-hand side of the contentfry Dashboard.
2. Once the popup window opens, click on 'Basic'.
3. In the new popup window, Copy the Link below the 'Connect Instagram' button. Then send the link to the person who needs to connect their Instagram account with contentfry.
💡 In the "Team Settings section", you can provide a custom Terms or Policy link. This link will be presented to users before they connect their account.
We strongly advise taking advantage of this option by providing a link that informs users about the Terms and Conditions they are agreeing to. Follow Step 1. and 2. in the Via Team Settings Section below to set up the link.
4. After the connection is established, you'll receive an email notification from us. Return to Instagram Basic (view Step 1 and 2).
5. Select the desired account in the pop up window and make your Moderation settings, then click on the 'create' button to set up your new Connection.
Moderation OFF: Your content will not appear on your Social Wall until you approve it (recommended).
Moderation ON: Your content will directly appear on your Social Wall.
6. Congratulations, you've successfully set up your Creator Connection!
2. Via Team Settings
1. To get started, click on the Team Settings in your Team pannel on the contentfry Dashboard.
2. In the Team Settings, select "Connected Accounts" in the top taps. Navigate to the "Compliance Details" Section and provide a custom Terms or Policy link for your Creator Connection then click on "Save".
The Compliance Link will be presented to users before they connect their account. We strongly advise taking advantage of this option by providing a link that informs users about the Terms and Conditions they are agreeing to.
3. Now click on the Instagram button in the "Share to Connect" section. This will open a new window.
4. Copy the link from the URL bar and send it to the person who needs to connect their Instagram account.
5. After the connection is established, you'll receive an email notification from us. To create the new Instagram Creator Connection, click on the Instagram icon located in the Connections panel on the right-hand side of the contentfry Dashboard.
2. Once the popup window opens, click on 'Basic'.
3. In the popup window, select the desired account and make your Moderation settings, then click on the 'create' button to set up your new Connection.
Moderation OFF: Your content will not appear on your Social Wall until you approve it (recommended).
Moderation ON: Your content will directly appear on your Social Wall.
6. Congratulations, you've successfully set up your Creator Connection!
