In the Billing section of the Team Settings, you can change or cancel your subscription, update your billing information, and download your receipts.
💡Only the "Owner" and the "Billing Admin" of a Team can access the billing section. Learn more about the different roles and rights of team members.
The view of the Billing Dashboard may vary slightly depending on whether you are paying by credit card or have opted for manual billing.
Click on the Billing topic below to directly jump to the section for guidance:
View or Change your current Subscription Plan
You can view your current subscription plan and its included features. To switch to a different plan, click on the "Change Subscription Plan" button.
Update your Payment Method or Billing Address
To change your payment method or update an expired credit card, click on "Add Payment Method". If you'd like to change your billing address, click on "Update Payment Information".
Cancel your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your contentfry team will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. During this time, you have the option to resume your canceled subscription. To cancel your subscription, click on "Cancel Subscription".
Download your Invoices or receipts
You can download your past invoices and receipts here. They are also automatically sent to your inbox.
