How to collect content from your Instagram Profile for your Social Wall

1. To get started, click on the Instagram icon located in the Connections panel on the right-hand side of the contentfry Dashboard.

2. Once the popup window opens, click on 'Advanced'.

If this is your first time setting up an Instagram connection on contentfry, please connect with your Facebook Profile. If you need guidance, you can follow the steps outlined in the "Adding Advanced Instagram Connections" article.

3. In the new popup window, click on 'Owned Account' in the top tabs. From the drop-down menu, choose the Instagram Account from which you want to collect the content.

4. Select your desired Moderation settings, then click on the 'create' button to set up your Instagram Profile Connection.

  • Moderation OFF: Your content won't appear on your Social Wall until you approve it.

  • Moderation ON: Your content will directly appear on your Social Wall.

5. Congratulations, you've successfully set up your Instagram Owned Profile Connection!

The 'Owned Account' Connection enables you to collect content posted on your profile, including photos, videos, and reels. Stories and Tagged Photos are separate feeds, each requiring their own specific Connection setup.
