The Creator Connection feature enables you to add Instagram or TikTok accounts from external users to collect and display content from their profiles. This article will guide you through managing Creator Connections.
Locating Your Creator Connections
1. To view and manage your Creator Connections, navigate to the Team settings. You can do this by clicking on 'Team Settings' within your Team panel on the contentfry Dashboard.
2. In the Team Settings, navigate to the "Connected Accounts" tab at the top. Here, you'll find an overview of your Creator Connections along with various options.
Getting the Connect Links for the Creators
You can invite creators to connect their Instagram or TikTok accounts via a link. Click on the respective button in the "Share to Connect" section to view and copy these links.
View or Delete connected Creator Accounts
In the "Connected Accounts" section you'll find an overview of all connected Creator Connections.
If you want to delete an account, click on the more settings icon (...) and then click on "Delete Account".
Add or Edit Compliance Link
The Connection Interface sent to the Creator via the link is used for their connection to contentfry and displays the Terms and Conditions they agree to upon connecting. You can add this link in the "Compliance Details" section.
Simply paste the desired link in the provided field and click 'Save'. To update the link, paste the new one and click 'Save' again."
Change Moderation Settings
To adjust the Moderation settings for a particular Creator Connection, locate the connection in the Connections panel of your contentfry Dashboard.
1. Click on the Settings icon next to the connection to access its settings. This will open a pop-up window.
2. Modify the moderation settings according to your preferences, then click "Save" to confirm the changes.
