If you’re moving on in your career, leaving your organization, or if your organization has decided to stop using our product, you may wish to delete your personal contentfry account. In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of deleting your account and associated data.
💡Deleting a Team on contentfry does not automatically delete your personal account and data, as you can be a member of multiple teams.
To delete your personal Contentfry account along with all associated data, navigate to your Account Settings. Start by clicking "Account Settings" in the dashboard.
On your Profile page, scroll down to the Delete Account section at the bottom of the page. Click Delete Account to proceed.
💡Please Note: Before deleting your personal profile, it’s essential to complete the following steps to ensure a smooth transition and prevent disruptions to your team or organization.
Transfer Team Ownership:
If you are the Owner of a Team, transfer ownership to another person, such as your successor in the company. Follow the instructions in this guide to transfer a Team.
Update Social Network Connections:
Ensure that the Team’s Social Network Connections are no longer linked to your personal Social Profiles (Tokens). Refer to this guide to help a new user set up their Social Profiles.
Delete Your Personal Social Network Connections:
After updating the Team’s connections, delete your own Social Network Connections (Social Profiles). Learn how to do this in this guide.
