Most social networks require you to connect your accounts and grant contentfry permission to access your content or collect content on your behalf. In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to add, renew, or delete a Social Network Account.

💡This article is for registered contentfry users with an active account. If you don't have an active account, please refer to this guide to learn how to delete your Social Network Account connection.

Locating Your Connected Social Network Accounts

To locate your Social Network connections, go to your Account Settings. Start by clicking "Account Settings" in the dashboard. Then, select "Connected Accounts" from the menu bar.

Renewing an expired Social Network Account

If a connection to a Social Network has expired, it will appear at the top of the page. To renew it, simply click "Renew" and follow the prompts to reconnect with the respective social network.

Before proceeding, ensure you are either logged into the correct profile—especially if you manage multiple profiles on the same social network—or logged out entirely to prevent connecting the wrong account.

Adding a new Social Network Account

To connect a new Social Network, click on the desired network and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

💡Connecting Social Network to conentfry only grants us permission to access and collect content from the selected network on your behalf. To start displaying content, you’ll need to set up a feed in your main dashboard as the next step. For detailed instructions, check out our Connection guides.

Deleting a Social Network Connection

If you want to revoke the permission to access data over a specific profile, you can remove the profile by clicking "Delete."
