Are you closely collaborating with creators or other brands? With contentfry’s Creator Connections, you can easily add social media profiles or pages to your content feed—without requiring the account owners to register on contentfry first.

This feature is especially helpful when working with influencers or partner brands that aren't directly part of your organization. Think sports clubs that want to display the profiles of their athletes on their website, or brands in long-term collaborations with influencers.

Creator Connections are currently available for Instagram and TikTok profiles, as well as LinkedIn and Facebook pages. For platforms like YouTube or X (formerly Twitter), connecting public accounts has already been possible without this feature.

TikTok

The TikTok Creator Connection allows you to bring content from influencers or partner brands onto your Social Wall. It’s currently the only way to integrate user-generated content from TikTok.

LinkedIn

The LinkedIn Creator Connection lets you display content from LinkedIn company pages—even if you don’t have admin rights for those pages.

Instagram

Instagram already allows you to pull in content from creators and partner brands using hashtags or public profiles. However, the Instagram Creator Connection is ideal if you want to:

  • Display all content from a specific profile (including Stories)

  • Collaborate without a Business setup (Advanced Access on contentfry)

Facebook

While you can connect Facebook pages you don’t own as Public Pages, any content that’s published with a restricted audience won’t appear on your Social Wall.To ensure you capture all content from a partner’s Facebook page—including restricted posts—we recommend using the Facebook Creator Connection.

Managing Creator Connections

You can view and manage all your Creator Connections in the Team Settings of your contentfry Dashboard.

In the External Accounts section, you’ll find the invitation links that external partners can use to connect their accounts, as well as a list of all profiles that have already been connected. You can also add a link to your partnership agreement here, which the Creator must agree to when connecting their profile.
